Lowrider Maverick and Shelby Mustang Mach-E concept cars highlight Ford's SEMA version

New customization options for Ford trucks and SUVs allow customers to use Ford's high-performance parts and licensed accessories to build their vehicles. Leading customizers in the automotive industry are taking full advantage of this advantage.

More than 40 unique Ford project vehicles have been created in collaboration with some of these companies and will go to the SEMA show in Las Vegas this year.

American Aerospace Design will launch the 2022 Ford Maverick Lariat SuperCrew FX4 off-road kit at SEMA. This gas-powered custom Maverick is equipped with Air Design USA fender flares, door trim strips and tailgate decals.

In terms of performance upgrades, the truck includes a catback exhaust with black chrome tips, a 1.5-inch lift kit, and 18-inch wheels with 31-inch all-terrain tires.

The bedspread adds practicality, and the cabin is equipped with Ford-authorized accessories, including all-weather floor mats, under-seat storage bins and portable refrigerators.

Tucci Hot Rods created the Ford Maverick, which was inspired by past generations of racing cars. The company first launched an XLT version of the pickup, equipped with a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine and all-wheel drive.

They widened the truck with 3D printed fender flares and 3D printed front lip made by Tucci, and added a 3D printed spoiler inspired by rally racing to add style.

The truck’s enhanced performance benefits from coiled shock absorbers, custom Borla catback exhaust with dual carbon fiber tips, and heavy-duty tires on custom wheels to provide a retro feel.

The cabin is equipped with Ford authorized F200 IR driving recorder, windshield sun visor, four Recaro Sportster seats, racing seat belt and custom paint decoration.

"Outside" magazine designed a 2022 Ford Ranger pickup truck, in line with the mission of its publication-to inspire people to participate in outdoor activities, and to support adventure travel and sports.

The company started with Ranger Tremor and added Rigid Industries' 6-inch suspension lift, front bumper, sports exhaust and lighting. Yakima's bed frame and Thule Tepui roof tent provide the possibility of overloading.

The cabin is equipped with custom-made exterior magazine-style Katzkin leather seats, while the exterior of the truck is painted in two tones of cactus gray and carbonized gray.

Skyjacker’s Ranger Extreme Off Road is equipped with a Skyjacker suspension 6-inch lift, front and rear off-road bumpers, Warn winches and rock slider side pedals. Rigid Industries A-pillar lighting, roof off-road light bars, EcoBoost engine power pack performance calibration, catback exhaust with black chrome tips and differential cover complete the unique construction.

Hellwig Products started with the 2021 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew, which is powered by Ford's 3.5-liter PowerBoost hybrid V6 engine and added equipment in the FX4 off-road package.

After-sales modifiers added front and rear swing rods, Pro series steel auxiliary springs and suspension kits. Hardware upgrades include Ford Performance Parts rear differential cover, custom Borla catback exhaust with black chrome tips and 35-inch tires wrapped on 17-inch wheels.

This versatile F-150 is equipped with a portable Ford Performance Parts air compressor kit and underbody rock light kit, Ford-licensed body armor rocker panel protection, winch, off-road front and rear bumpers and rock sliders, and top and fender horns mouth.

Inside the cabin are Warn Industries' Ford Performance Parts off-road recovery kit, Ford authorized all-weather foot pads, a vehicle safe provided by Console Vault, and Katzkin custom leather.

This BTR version of Ford F-150 Tremor is equipped with everything needed for off-road adventure. This upgraded F-150 Tremor is equipped with Ford-licensed Yakima roof rack and roof tent, built-in shower, pull-out kitchen with running water, and hook-up bike rack. It is a complete camper.

The truck makes full use of its built-in Pro Power Onboard generator, portable refrigerator/freezer and projector setup at the rear for night entertainment.

Hypertech set out to create the ultimate outdoor enthusiast's dream F-150. It has a Pro Power Onboard generator that allows the installation of a custom sliding rail system that can accommodate electric grills, refrigerators/freezers, sinks, ice machines, washer/dryers and other accessories.

The truck is also equipped with Ford Performance air compressors, off-road lighting, cat-back exhaust, off-road bumpers, upgraded wheels and tires, and Ford-approved bedspreads, with lockable storage space provided by Leer.

Addictive Desert Designs has developed a 2022 F-150 Raptor SuperCrew with custom graphics and unique wheel and tire settings. Addictive Desert Designs added its own off-road front and rear bumpers, bed-mounted tire racks, rock slider steps and chasing racks. This F-150 Raptor is also equipped with Rigid Industries lighting and custom body graphics.

Advanced Accessory Concepts created an off-road-centric noisy version of the 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty Tremor, equipped with a 7.3-liter V8 engine and Ford Performance catback exhaust with Borla black chrome tips.

The running gear includes Warn Industries' locking wheels, coil suspension system, upgraded front and rear rockers, 17-inch wheels and 37-inch tires. This truck is equipped with Warn Industries’ Tremor winch kit, installed on upgraded off-road bumpers, WARN Industries’ heavy-duty shackles, ARB’s portable air compressor kit, and Ford’s approved rocker arm panel protection, high-mount work lights, and Rigid Industrial exterior lighting and cargo management system.

The cabin has all-weather foot pads, a vehicle safe provided by Console Vault, a Covercraft seat cover, a portable refrigerator/freezer from Indel B, a trigger controller six-shooter power distribution system, a 12-volt internal switch mount and a PowerBass USA sound system.

This 2022 Ford F-450 Super Duty Platinum Crew Cab manufactured by MAD Industries is equipped with four-wheel drive and a 6.7-liter V8 power stroke engine. The fifth wheel toy van and gear rack is equipped with forged wheels wrapped in off-road tires, airbags, upgraded anti-roll bars, custom 4-inch axle back exhausts with black chrome tips, and MAD Industries color-matching External accent.

MAD Industries also purchases performance parts from Ford, including portable air compressor kits, front tow hooks, electric retractable bedspreads, bed splints, swing boxes, rear and side rollover bed steps, front and rear splash guards, wheel well linings, Sturdy spray-in sheets, Ford oval "Black Pack" logo, black chrome "Super Duty" hood lettering, trailer camera, a series of spotlights and refrigerator/freezer.

The iconic Shelby name is synonymous with Ford racing and performance. Shelby American returned to the Ford stables with the Shelby Mustang Mach-E concept car. This car uses graphene-infused carbon fiber body parts to improve aerodynamics and appearance. The improved elements include an improved front panel, front fender and rear bell mouth, and a custom hood with large vents to reduce front-end lift.

The concept car uses Shelby-tuned Ford MagneRide shock absorbers and composite carbon fiber springs on Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires. Inside the cabin are custom Shelby by Recaro seats and Shelby CSM badges.

This 2021 Mustang Mach-E SUV aims to embody the boldness of its creator Neil Tjin. It is painted with custom bright orange paint, which contrasts sharply with the turquoise hue on the custom LED headlights and badges from LIGHTWURKZ.

The Mustang Mach-E has custom solar panels on the top and bottom of the back, designed to power custom blue-green RayVolt USA electric bicycles mounted on a Thule electric bicycle rack.

Below the vehicle is a fully customized air-lift suspension from Hoppo's Suspension, with Baer 6S front and rear six-piston large brake kits. The rig uses ultra-wide Falken ZIEX S/TZ05 tires mounted on custom painted 22-inch Vossen ML-R1 wheels.

Inside the cabin is Recaro's custom white leather seat surface with blue-green lighting and Seatbelt Planet's blue-green seat belt. The stylized cabin is equipped with an air suspension system with a transparent acrylic fuel tank, and is equipped with LED lighting and cooling fans.

This Mustang EcoBoost high-performance version uses a custom turquoise paint scheme with white and orange accents from South County Auto Body. The contrasting aerodynamic body kit from Anderson Composites creates a performance stance with air-lift suspension and Falken FK510 tires mounted on Vossen LC2-A1 wheels, and custom orange Baer Brake upgrades visible through white spokes.

Under the hood is the COBB Tuning intercooler and cold air intake, the all-white Katzkin leather interior and the almond surfboard on the top complete this California cruiser.
