Bronco Van Looks Cooler Than Any Ford SUV On The Road Today

Imagine living out of this rugged and capable Ford van with modern Bronco styling.

The beauty of digital car renderings is that they allow totally unrealistic creations to be born without any real life constraints. Plus, if it's something that might not appeal to car enthusisats, then you are not going to run the risk of having ruined a perfectly good car. Digital car renderer SAMIRS Customs has taken the Ford Bronco, and turned it into quite a bizarre BroncoVan with strong California vibes, which has totally transformed the appearance of the Bronco.

The differences in the front end compared to a standard Ford Bronco are perhaps the most striking. The BroncoVan has retained the very distinctive grille design that allows the current Bronco to stand out. However, gone is the hood of the Bronco. Instead, it’s a flat nosed affair, perhaps indicating that this is either mid-rear engine powered, or potentially even an electric truck. There is no mention of any powertrain in the Instagram post description. Beyond that, the BroncoVan is sitting on what look to be larger tires, giving it an even stronger off-road stance.

There are no measurements provided with this car, but we can see that it certainly looks to have gained a bit of bulk compared to the standard Bronco. The biggest change though is that of the length of the BroncoVan. While it's lost some frontal length with no hood, The Bronco is rather stretched at the back to give it its van-like shape, which in theory should allow for more seating capacity and more storage space as well. If you took away the grille of the BroncoVan, it would be hard to tell that this was in fact a Bronco at all.

While the changes over the original Bronco are plentiful at the front and the side, the rear end, apart from say the tires and wheel arches, is not too different. What is very cool and of note though is the retro-looking livery the car is in, that adds to the California vibes that this BroncoVan is giving off. The idea of a Bronco van of some description isn’t really that far fetched, and is perhaps something that could happen one day. Maybe this render will serve as an interesting glimpse into the future.
