On top of being an Oscar-winning actor, Leo DiCaprio is also quite the real estate investor. The “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star, 47, owns many homes in the Los Angeles area alone, including this sleek Beverly Hills residence. And if you’ve got an extra $32,500 burning a proverbial hole in your pocket, you could have the honor of calling him your landlord for a full month.
With four bedrooms and six baths spread across 4,671 square feet of living space, the mansion offers more than enough room to relax in style. DiCaprio purchased the house late last year for just under $10 million. He also owns property in Malibu, including an oceanfront retreat, a historic mansion in Los Feliz and his longtime main residence — a three-house compound in the Bird Streets neighborhood offering sweeping city skyline and ocean views.
As for DiCapio’s newly listed rental, the traditional two-story structure is sited in the Beverly Hills Flats neighborhood. Originally built in the 1930s, the estate recently underwent an extensive remodel complete with chevron and white oak floors, designer light fixtures and steelcase doors providing seamless indoor-outdoor environs.
Main-level highlights include a formal entry foyer displaying a striking spiral staircase, which flows into a living space marked by a green wood-paneled family room with built-in bookshelves, plus an open-concept entertainment area sporting a snazzy brass wet bar and doors that open to the backyard.

Three ensuite bedrooms can be found upstairs, including an inviting master retreat resting beneath a cathedral ceiling, and boasting a handy mini-bar, walk-in closet, and luxe marble bath equipped with an oval soaking tub. A separate lounge spills out to a balcony overlooking the hedge-lined backyard hosting a rectangular pool and patio with a fire-pit.
The place also has a spacious driveway with plenty of room for guest parking, and a detached one-car garage is connected to a petite guesthouse with its own patio.
